Please email us at hello@dacapo-vintage.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to:

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery or to parcel shops.

Condition of returned items

All our vintage and secondhand pieces are unique and may show signs of previous wear. Any noticeable flaws will be described or shown on the product page.

You are welcome to try the item as you would in a physical store. It must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. If the item has been worn beyond trying it on, washed, damaged or otherwise diminished in value, we reserve the right to deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If you return your entire order, we will also refund the cost of our cheapest standard delivery option. Additional delivery costs and return shipping costs are not refundable. If only part of an order is returned, the original delivery cost will not be refunded.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or you have provided documentation that it has been returned.

Faulty or incorrect items

All purchases are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including the two-year right to make a complaint about faults that were present when the item was delivered. This also applies to secondhand items, but not to signs of wear or flaws that were clearly stated or shown before purchase.

Purchases made in store

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to purchases made through our webshop. Purchases made in our physical store follow the return and exchange conditions stated at the time of purchase.
